The Shortcut Bar displays shortcuts to all the folders in the Folder List. Clicking an icon in the Shortcut Bar displays the contents of that folder in the Information Viewer. This action has the same effect as clicking a folder icon in the Folder List. If you wish, you can hide the Shortcut Bar to save space or customize it in various ways to suit your preferences.
